Особенности ведения детей с атопическим дерматитом в разных странах

В статье представлены особенности ведения детей с атопическим дерматитом (АД) в разных странах – в русскоговорящих (первая группа) и англоговорящих семьях (вторая группа) в сравнении со здоровыми детьми. Проанализированы он-лайн анкеты матерей, имеющих детей с АД. Отмечено, что в семьях из России и СНГ чаще всего детей наблюдали аллергологи, больные с АД из первой группы были рождены в большинстве случаев от первых родов, пищевая аллергия у них в основном расценивалась как проявление кожного симптома в отличие от детей из второй группы, где наравне с кожными проявлениями пищевой аллергии отмечались такие симптомы, как приступ удушья, появление волдырей на коже, диарея и другие. Дети из России намного чаще получали при кормлении лечебные смеси на основе полного гидролиза белка коровьего молока и реже аминокислотные смеси. Их матери не так часто, как в англоговорящих семьях, чувствовали свою вину перед ребенком, при этом почти всегда спали во время обострения заболевания в одной с ним постели.
